What annual appraisal brings together
Annual appraisal combines results, review comments, competencies, final scores, signatures, and any formal dispute connected to the year.
Before final sign-off
Review the scores, comments, required signatories, and any policy exceptions. The record should only wait for the sign-off steps your organisation requires.
After completion
Completed appraisals should remain available for reference. They should not be edited casually after final sign-off unless an authorised correction process is used.
